His journey began in the 1980s as a local salesman for McCormick, where he developed a deep understanding of flavor, quality, and consumer needs. After decades of hands-on experience, Jose set out to build something of his own—an accessible, value-driven spice company designed for the evolving tastes and expectations of modern consumers.
